I don't have the 2nd edition of Dining Room and Banquet Management by Anthony J. Strianese,but I do have only the 3rd edition, by Denise Vivaldo and I have the learning Guide, which I was looking through that book I realize the chapter don't match with 3rd edition, but at end of learning Guide. Therefore,these are books I have received already volume 1 and 2 custom edition (on Cooking), The Gourmet Cooking and Catering Program Dining Room and Banquet Management with Learning Guide. Can you help me understanding what am I missing?
