Thanks for contacting the school. In reviewing your post and your account, let me offer the following explanation to your questions. On Exam 4 you took on 9/24 and scored a 60 and per the Grading Policy, a 60 is a passing score and we take the first passing score. Therefore, when you took Exam 4 again on 9/26 and scored a 95 the official recorded score remained a 60.
In the Gradebook, it will score most exams and track however, it does not take into account the Grading Policy. Therefore the most accurate grades are actually in the Grades section of the Student Portal. As a suggestion, please refer to the Grading Policy listed in the Student Handbook. Thank you!
