I am trying to write my outline for my speech and I am completely stuck. I was debating between the bullying in schools and increased dependance on technology in the US. I really was pointing toward bullying, but then I thought how can I pursuade people about this because I am pretty sure almost everyone would not need to be pursuaded. So I thought about the technology one. I am stuck between those and then how to start this outline. I know the general purpose is to pursuade. That was the easy part. Next the Specific purpose. I am thinking with the technology one to go in the direction of showing that we have become to dependant and how we need to make a change on this or something. Then I am stuck. Please help me. Should I go with something that I am passionate about that I know won't be hard ot pursuade anyone, or the other that I am interested in? Then how to I get this outline done? I spent over a week on the essay for Acheiving Academic Success and I do not want ot do this again.
