In career programs there are multiple choice exams for each lesson. In a few programs there projects as well that you need to upload. I would say if you read your text, you'll do fine on your exams. I know they are sometime tricky, but that's the way how multiple choise exams work. ...difficulty: I think it is very different with each person based on your background knowledge and time and attention you spend on your studies.
