Here was my initial problem and question and it was Question #10.
I completed Lesson 1, Presentation 1 for Business Law and participated in the first Study Guide. One of the questions was, "Under the _______ Amendment, free speech protection applies to businesses as well as individuals." The answer I supplied was the First Amendment, as the First Amendment applies to freedom of speech. Which does apply to individuals and businesses. The computer said my answer was incorrect, and that the correct answer was the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment refers to priviledge of self-incrimination.
This error in your system needs to be corrected and it concerns me if the system was wrong with this question, were there other errors in my two previous classes that I did not notice? This would be especially disturbing if there were errors of this nature in any of my past exams I do not have any specific issues or concerns with my first two classes; so contacting their tutoring department is irrevelant, but after discovering this error in the Study Guide it does make a person wonder if there were any other errors in my two previous classes that I did not notice.
