Ok just scroll down a little farther and copy paste the outline into word and the just fill in beside each line. I think what that is saying is just be able to explain you choices and you have to have 2 points for each one and 2 references for each one of the points. If you just follow the outline you will do great.

3. Central idea then 3 central ideas become the introduction and the 3 key points

just keep filling it out and then you will have your outline that you then take and turn into your speech for 7.
