So, I got through Group 1 (Orientation and Learning at Ashworth), then was sent Group 2 (lessons 3-6) and just today recieved what I thought was the next book which should be Group 3 (lessons 7-10). Turns out that Group 2 cover has fine print on the lower right corner of the cover that says RFB1L and the same corner on Group 3 cover has RBF2L. Problem is the cover for Group 3 was put on a Group 2 book. It turns out the correct cover was pulled and shipped, but whoever assembled the book pulled the wrong cover. Understandable, but highly disappointing.
Here's the question: How can I get the right book sent and can it be exepdited, like anything better than snail mail?
